PIATT COUNTY OFFICE BUILDING - JANITORIAL SERVICE
Piatt County, is seeking a Janitorial Service or a part-time janitor at the Piatt County Office Building, Monticello IL. Position is approximately 20 hours per week.
Job Summary
- Cleaning of the office building to include:
- Sweeping and mopping floors in the hallways,
- individual offices, storage, mechanical, IT, and bathrooms.
- Vacuuming carpeted areas, vents, and elevator tracks.
- Dusting in the individual offices and halls.
- Cleaning all windows in the building.
- Cleaning and sanitizing the bathrooms.
- Emptying trash cans in offices, IT, Mechanical, hallways, and bathrooms.
- Replenishing paper towels and toilet paper in the bathrooms.
- Running a floor scrubbing machine.
- And other duties assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
Must be physically capable of lifting forty pounds. Standing on your feet for long periods of time. Able to work with arms extended to reach high places and work on hands and knees for lower work. Must be able to climb a step ladder.
