Freedom of Information Act

In accordance with
5 ILCS 140 - FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT

FOIA Requests will be promptly complied with or denied within five (5) business days after receipt of the request. The time for response may be extended under conditions described iin the ACT for not more than five (5) business days from the original due date.

Records requests for commercial purposes will be responded to within twenty-one (21) working days after receipt.

Some documents maintained in electronic format may not be available in the requested format. Those documents may be furnished in native electronic format, by printing to hard copy or may be converted to Portable Document Format (pdf) files.
